Join us for a three-hour whiskey tasting and lure-making workshop where whittling is really just the excuse to get out, drink great booze, and make something worth taking home. Guests will sample a curated lineup of six high-end whiskies, with the evening peaking with tastings of the coveted Willet Purple Heart and Old Rip Van Winkle 10 Year. During the workshop, participants will choose from five different lure styles to whittle, sand, detail, and finish. Options for paint and stain will be available, allowing each guest to create a custom handmade fishing lure with its own look and personality. No experience is needed. We’ll walk everyone through the process step by step, keep it safe-ish, and make sure the night stays fun, relaxed, and beginner-friendly. By the end of the evening, guests will leave with a handmade lure, a little whiskey knowledge, a belly full of good booze and meat, and a story worth telling.
